What is the normal level of blood uric acid?
Men: 232-494MMOL (3.9-8.3mg/L)
Women: 140-340MMOL (2.3-5.7mg/L)
Gout is more likely to occur at uric acid levels greater than the abovementioned figures. However, a person may have normal uric acid levels and still develop gout.

how can a person have normal uric acid levels but get gout
mine was 7.5…could a single day or hours of stress cause a uric acid levels to rise cause gout and then go back to normal?
if you stand too long, even with low uric acid levels, your foot will naturally swell. if you already have a prior case of gout, the two will combine to cause pain.
well mine was fm 7.5 and high up to 9.5.
i know its bad but i tried avoid eating all kind such as lentils, chickpeas, wheat flour and lots more.
Well, now what shall i do?
just continue avoiding those in moderation and to be avoided at all cost. keep yourself hydrated. my uric acid count is at 9.5 constant.
