do you know whats so wrong with wheat bread, rice and noodles?
    are they high in purine?

    • mhisham says:

the thing about wheat bread, rice & noodle is the carbo & sugar content they have, if not processed by the body, the by-products are as harmful and go on to become uric acid, which is what we, as gout sufferers are trying to reduce. moderation is key.

As far as I know, most fruits and vegetables are definitely good if you suffer from gout. You should not eat too much asparagus, though, is that correct?
